  • Support oral-sensory processing

  • Transition from purees to soft solids

  • Promote safe self-feeding at your child’s pace

The Adventurous Taster

Perfect for: Typically developing eaters ready for solid foods around 6 months

For babies who are ready and curious, this program offers a fun and flavor-rich introduction to real foods. Using a baby-led, sensory-friendly framework, we help your child develop chewing skills, hand-to-mouth coordination, and early food exploration with confidence.

Goals:

  • Foster variety and flavor acceptance

  • Strengthen oral-motor and chewing patterns

  • Encourage mealtime engagement and independence

Recommended Support:
3-5 sessions over 4–6 weeks to provide a foundational plan, troubleshoot any early feeding bumps, and support language during mealtimes.

The Watch-and-Wait Eater

Perfect for: Preemies, children with medical complexities, oral aversions, or motor delays

This gentle, observation-based program is ideal for children who need more time and support before jumping into solids. It’s guided by developmental cues, therapy strategies, and trust-based interactions to help build the foundation for safe and joyful eating.

Goals:

  • Reduce feeding anxiety and aversion

  • Build oral-motor strength through play and exposure

  • Align feeding milestones with your child’s unique needs
