    What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, nurturing, hands-on approach that helps release tension in the body, easing discomfort and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Using light touch on the head, spine, and sacrum, CST can help calm the nervous system and support overall well-being. Services are provided by a practitioner trained through the Upledger Institute and are offered as part of a caring, whole-body approach to health.

Craniosacral therapy, when provided on its own, is not covered by insurance at this time.
