Tongue Tie Support Packages
Integrated care for feeding, function, and healing
These packages combine craniosacral therapy with oral motor, feeding, and lactation support to help your baby move, feed, and thrive. Whether you’re preparing for a release, recovering, or exploring gentle alternatives, each step is supported—with heart and skill.
The Gentle Path
Exploring alternatives to release with skilled support
Not all feeding issues need a procedure. This package offers a therapeutic path for babies with suspected ties, tension, or feeding challenges—without jumping straight to release. A great starting point when you're unsure.
What’s included:
1 Initial session (60-75 mins)
2 follow-up sessions (45 mins each)
Feeding assessment (breast and/or bottle) from a speech language pathologist & lactation-informed lens
Craniosacral therapy to reduce compensatory tension
Oral motor therapy to support tongue function, suck quality, and coordination
Collaborative decision-making and referrals, if/when needed
Before & Beyond
Preparation + recovery for tongue/lip tie release
A complete care plan for families moving through a tongue or lip tie procedure. This package surrounds your baby with skilled support—including oral motor work, feeding guidance, and nervous system care—before and after release.
What’s included:
1 Initial session (75 mins)
1 pre-release session (bodywork + oral motor prep)
2 post-release sessions (2–5 days & 10–14 days after)
Gentle craniosacral therapy to reduce tension patterns and support regulation
Functional oral motor work to improve tongue mobility, suck-swallow coordination, and latch
Breast/bottle feeding support
Parent education on wound aftercare, oral exercises, and soothing strategies
As a licensed speech-language pathologist, I can typically bill insurance for these services under feeding therapy and/or oral motor treatment.
Private pay rates are available for those who prefer to self-pay.
A la carte sessions are also available if a package isn’t the right fit—let’s find what works best for your family!
Integrate & Thrive
Post-release feeding and oral motor integration
This package is for babies who have had a tongue or lip tie release but are still working through tension, latch, or functional feeding concerns. We'll focus on re-patterning, strengthening, and helping your baby find ease.

3 post-release sessions (60 mins each)
Craniosacral therapy to ease residual tension and support healing
Oral motor therapy for tongue mobility, jaw stability, and efficient feeding
Breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding support (positioning, flow, pacing, latch, re-training)
Individualized home plan for oral play, body support, and feeding transitions
Parent education on wound aftercare, oral exercises, and soothing strategies
